Bill grew up on a ranch in north-central Montana and has a lifetime of agricultural experience. He studied animal science and range management at Montana State University and worked part-time on ranches in the Bozeman area. Bill was foreman on an eighteen thousand-acre, twelve hundred cow ranch at the age of twenty-three. He has worked on and managed several ranches in Montana, Wyoming, and Washington. He also has guest ranch experience as a head wrangler and foreman; He has done a lot of marketing and promotion in that venue. Bill has worked with third or fourth-generation ranchers as well as folks just getting started in the ranching business. He works well with all types of people, owners, managers, employees, and neighbors. His work on guest ranches and as a ranch consultant has given him the privilege to work with people from all walks of life. Bill and his family currently raise cattle on leased land.
Laura Schwarz was born in Montana and grew up on a ranch in Wyoming. She has experienced every aspect of ranch life including raising beef, maintaining crops, and bookkeeping. Laura has adequate knowledge in banking and ranch real estate. She holds an accounting degree, has been employed as a mortgage loan processor, and is a Wyoming licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with McGarvin and Taylor Realtors in Worland Wyoming.
