Experienced, qualified ranch hands are tough to find these days. Fewer and fewer folks have been reared on ranches and have lived a lifestyle that by it's very nature, demands tenaciousness, dedication, honesty, a decent work ethic, and a little bit of hard-headedness. Everybody wants to be a cowboy; few have earned their spurs.
At Intermountain Ranch Management, I am well aware of the type of person required to fulfill those demands. The rural lifestyle can be socially limiting, and handling livestock and Mother Nature at the same time present their own challenges. Having lived the life, and done the work, I am more qualified to screen applicants for the positions of ranch manager, foremen, and regular ranch jobs than most employment agencies. I will check references, and interview candidates: knowing the right questions to ask serve's everyone's best interest. I can also help fill positions for seasonal employment, and guest ranch or dude ranch jobs. I generally have the resumes of top employees in our files but I will not retain the resumes of, nor try to place, unqualified personnel. Intermountain Ranch Management provides this paid service to the employer, upon completion of a contract. If you are seeking ranch employees, please give me a call, or send an e-mail, that I may assist you with beginning your search for long-term, well-qualified employees. I will be pleased to receive the resumes of qualified ranch personnel, and upon doing so, will acknowledge such with an e-mail or letter. That resume will remain on file, until I am directed by the applicant to remove it.
